At TG-214, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of damage caused by the customer
  • In its original packaging where applicable

Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

3. Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Item does not match the product description

If you simply changed your mind, please contact us — we'll do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refund Process

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
